Event titles, descriptions, or attendee details of your existing events

Your Google account password

4. Call and Message Recording and Consent

4.1 Call Recording Notice

4.3 Recording Retention

Call and message recordings and transcripts are stored for the duration of your subscription

You can delete specific recordings by request

Upon account cancellation, recordings are retained for 90 days then deleted

Backups may persist for up to 30 additional days

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers

VAPI (Voice AI Technology): Call audio and phone numbers, call transcripts and analysis, AI model processing

Stripe (Payment Processing): Payment method information, billing details and transaction history

SMS Delivery Services: Phone numbers for notifications, message content and delivery status

Database and Hosting Providers: Account information, call data and transcripts, usage analytics

Google (Calendar Integration): When you connect your Google Calendar, we interact with Google's API to read calendar availability (busy/free times only) and create new appointment events on your behalf. We do not share your Google Calendar data with any other third parties.

5.2 Business Transfers

If Drake Lead Gen or Drake Lead Gen LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Call and message recordings and transcripts: Retained during active subscription, plus 90 days

Call and message metadata: Retained for 2 years for analytics

You may delete specific calls and messages through a request at any time

7.3 Payment Information

Transaction records: 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes)

Payment methods: Stored by Stripe, subject to their retention policies

7.4 Google Calendar Data

OAuth tokens: Retained while your Google Calendar integration is active

Appointment data created through our Service: Retained in our database according to section 7.1

Upon disconnecting Google Calendar, we immediately stop accessing your calendar and delete stored OAuth tokens

8. Your Privacy Rights

8.1 Access and Portability

You have the right to access your personal information, request a copy of your data in a portable format, and review call recordings and transcripts.

8.2 Correction and Update

You can update account information through your dashboard, request correction of inaccurate information, or contact us to update information you cannot change directly.

8.3 Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and associated data, request deletion of specific information, and delete individual call recordings. Note: Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8.4 Objection and Restriction

You can object to certain uses of your information, request restriction of processing in certain circumstances, and opt out of marketing communications.

8.5 Revoking Google Calendar Access

You can disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time:

Through a request to disconnect.

Through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

Upon disconnection:

We immediately stop accessing your Google Calendar

Your OAuth tokens are deleted from our systems

Appointments previously created remain on your calendar (you can delete them manually)

Appointment records in our database are retained per our standard retention policy

8.6 Exercising Your Rights
